HALLMARK BUILDERS

About
Hallmark Builders

The Hallmark Builders building process is 20 years in the making. Drawing on decades of experience, from working with Montgomery County’s top developers, to relationships with our trade partners, we’ve developed and honed a comprehensive process.  Simply put, our approach incorporates best practices for personalizing your dream home, material choices, construction techniques, and service after closing.  Add our deep understanding of market conditions and it’s clear why we offer clients unrivaled value.

Of course, no amount of expertise we bring to table will ever surpass the importance of listening. You’ll find we are careful to listen first and advise second. We also take great care in keeping the process simple. It’s true, there’s a lot that goes into building a custom home, however “custom” does not have to mean complicated. We keep it simple from day one.  At each step, our aim is to keep you involved, but never overwhelmed.

Builder's Story

Mark Windell began his real estate career at age 18 in the Lake Conroe area while attending college. Due to Mark’s leadership attributes and integrity, he was quickly promoted to management by the age of 21 where he was responsible for training and leading a top producing national real estate sales team. By the age of 30, Mark had built a $15 million dollar a year residential development company and has been recognized as a premier home builder in North Montgomery County.

His expansive real estate experience includes the development of three town home communities on Lake Conroe, four residential subdivisions, two light industrial parks, the construction of over 300 residences totaling over $250 million dollars in sales, and the sellout of many of Lake Conroe’s finest waterfront sections in Bentwater and Grand Harbor. While developing and constructing residential real estate can be taxing, Mark realizes the importance of family time.

Mark is happily married to the love of his life Faline and has two children. Both children have been recognized in the National Honors Society and participate in local ministries. Mark is passionate about supporting local charities and serves on advisory boards for two nonprofit organizations. Mark has also taken his charity work international and has been involved in mission trips to Pakistan and Central America.
